Thank you 2019
Dear Friends
I hope you had a blessed Christmas Day and that you continue to enjoy this holiday time of year with your families and friends; reaching out to those who may have no one or are just alone.
I would like to express my deepest thanks to all of you who worked so hard to make our Christmas Celebrations such a special and wonderful experience for all of us. You know who you are; I know who you are; and, most importantly, God knows who you are. Well done to you all!.
On a personal note, I would like to express my gratitude to you all for your beautiful Christmas cards and the many gifts and generous offerings you gave to me. I cannot find the words to express how touched I am by your warmth and the many kindnesses you show to me throughout the year.
My prayer for you and your families, friends and those who are lonely, is that God will reveal himself to you in the fullness of his Divinity in the coming year 2020. And I pray that your encounter with him in this “Year of the Word, The God who Speaks” will touch you in a way that only he can!
Let us continue to hold all of the sick and housebound of our community of Hucknall, Bestwood and Bulwell in our love and prayers as we enter a New Year, a year where the “Word of God” comes home to take his place in every one of our hearts!.
